Spotted in 12th September 2010 in Paśl de Arzila - Coimbra.
As Valter told me Curculio elaphes.

It looks like a
Curculio sp.
, yes. But doesn't
C. elephas
has a longer and straighter rostrum?

Grosso Silva confirms the genus: Curculio. For the species... there are no hints.
