Using my key to the Palaearctic Laphystiini genera on the base of LEHR (1969) and my personal notes, this species seems to be closely related to Torebroma - BUT it has a closed fourth posterior cell. Because of the wing venation and some other characters, it isn't so easy to assign the subfamily. So I agree with Eric Fisher that this specimen should be checked by Torsten Dikow (torsten@tdvia.de).
