From my garden. Only 2mm long. 2 individuals caught together. A family would be nice, a genus even better :)

This is either Chlorops or Thaumatomyia. I'd vote for Chlorops, because:
Thaumatomyia: scutellum flat and gena about half as wide as the third antennal segment is deep (lateral shots of the head are important to show the narrow gena);
Chlorops: scutellum rounded with no rim, gena wider related to width of third antennal segment, body usually less shiny and more dusted.

The small size, form of the black frontal triangle and shining mesonotal stripes suggest Chlorops hypostigma.
