Hello!
I photographed this small (< 10 mm) Empid (?, I think because of the "proboscis") yesterday in Ostwestfalen/Germany. Can anyone tell me, what species this is? Thank you!

Distinctive indeed. There is only one with this kind of wings, the female of
Rhamphomyia (Pararhamphomyia) marginata (what's in a name).

Rhamphomyia was considerably larger than those two with the Ephemerid prey of the other thread.
