Following on from yesterday's Psilid - see http://www.dipter...ost_135933, today I found this, presumably the same species. Now I can see that it has 4 scutellars which, according to Darwyn Sumner's draft key (Dipterist forum), should make it obscuritarsis. This family's new to me so would appreciate comment.
