Can anyone say what species this Sepsid is? Sepsis cynipsea? as legs and abdomen are maybe too dark for S. punctum or S.fulgens? but light can be deceptive and there may be other critical characters I don't know about...or can't be seen in this photo. I have a few more images, but the fly was moving around a lot displaying, flicking its wings in typical fashion and few are sharply focused.
