You can check if there is a bundle of hairs at the posterior lateral corner of many to all abdominal segments. If so, than genus Cricotopus. If not, than mentum teeth and several other headstructures needs to be studied. In lakes the genera Cricotopus or Psectrocladius are very common. Your larvae, however, doesn't look like Psectrocladius.
