Don't know if this even is diptera ... This tiny insect was putting eggs in the flowers of (what I think is)
Tanacetum vulgare. This was taken today just north of Stockholm, Sweden.
Edit: Changed subject (Unknown diptera?)
Edit: Cecidomyiidae sp
