The first is a male of Chrys. cemiteriorum/basalis, not seperable on this picture. The other one is a female Chrys. solstitialis.

Try to avoid multiple pictures from multiple locations/dates in one thread, please. I saw Gerard was very generous with his answers on your Chrysotoxum thread, but usually it is not very inviting to answer threads like that.
And please, don't forget to name dates (you forgot in the female).
