Neoitamus socius. See a thread a week ago or so for discussion about Neoitamus species. They are on the wing right now and a 'hot topic' :)

Disclaimer: Asilidae is not my speciality, but the general habitus is close enough (in my opinion). This species shares the doubtful honour of being the most common/most boring asilid with Tolmerus atricapillus at least in southern Finland.
