I called Andrey Ozerov, but he wasn't at all impressed by Xenosepsis, it was interesting 10 years ago, replyed Andrey. So, I decided to find Xenosepsis in Moscow region and asked permission to collect flies at cow ferm.
Voila, Moscow region, 22 july, Xenosepsis fukuharai. Andrey told me that he ID Xebnosepsis first of all by dorso-ventraly flatterned head. I think it is visible on photo.
