I don't think Lars. Fannia lustrator is a rather big species (6-9 mm), its scutellum is not yellow apically and the fore femora are dark. As far as I know, there are only a few males Fannia with yellow abdomen and all femora yellow (F. ornata, F. posticata). They are different. In my opinion, given the size and the visible characters, this is either Piezura pardalina or Euryomma peregrinum, that I don't know.
