I think so, roundish face and many proclinate frontal setulae visible as small dots.

Thanks Stephane and Theo. The only Amobia on the British list is signata; which I guess this must be, though being a Sarcophagid, I assume ID wouldn't be possible from a photo.

Right, we would need male genitalia for a real ID.
But signata clearly is the most likely candidate
