3 and 4 are mosquito larvae. 2 is a collembolan. 1 is probably Muscidae. And the little fly to the left is Hydrellia (Ephydridae).
At first I wondered whether no.1 was Notiphila (Ephydridae), but it has four pairs of dorsocentral bristles, is too shiny, is standing too high, with the wings not fully overlapping, and has conspicuously wide orbits. (It has the wrong

This is the concept of gestalt and the family species is a gestalt entity. A gestalt entity is a physical, biological, psychological, or symbolic configuration or pattern of elements, so unified as a whole that its properties cannot be derived from a simple summation of its parts.
