3 and 4 are mosquito larvae. 2 is a collembolan. 1 is probably Muscidae. And the little fly to the left is Hydrellia (Ephydridae).
At first I wondered whether no.1 was Notiphila (Ephydridae), but it has four pairs of dorsocentral bristles, is too shiny, is standing too high, with the wings not fully overlapping, and has conspicuously wide orbits. (It has the wrong jizz
