No, definately not Paraclusia. I think it is Psilidae, but I have never ID´d these and there are none with patterned wings in the gallery.

It is a Tephritidae, probably around
Trypeta/Rhagoletis. The expert will tell more...

markings in the wings are not strong, so maybe Trypeta sp. ? As Stéphane suggested..

Well the markins are very similar to cognata (if You take less contrast to the photo) and the black double spot on scutellum :|

well Trypeta afaik has that black double spot on scutellum. ;)
But for markings.. really it fits better.
We must wait for the real expert. :)

Thank you all, so it is possibly Trypeta? But what about the bud, I thought Tephrid female has a diffrent bud, more elongated and getting dark, I love you all but it is so confusing.
can i name her Trypeta afaik cf?
maybe she stil arround here, waiting to get catched?

OK, no doubt, the only
ACIDIA COGNATA Wd! Sorry - I overlooked it just because it was "
Paraclusia". I luv clusiids and have a very good European collection, but am not an expert to put my nose in...

Jarif was on the right track! :)
Clusiids are fantastic flies. Seeing "lekking" in clusiids is amazing. I would like to see more clusiids. ;)
