Wait a moment.
We are barking up the wrong tree.

you can see erect apical scutellars in the second pic.
If you then have a close look at the right wing, you might observe that the distance between cross-vein m-cu and the bend of m is very large.

So this must be Bactromyia aurulenta, which agrees with the bare eyes, the long antennae and the golden colouration.
Right ?
