Tephritis but ... this is difficult genus for me :| July 2.2009 Loviisa, Finland.

Tephritis leontodontis Degeer, 85% probability. For more probable ID, female aculeus (apical joint of oviscape) very tip shape is to be examined.

Thank You Valery. I will name this with cf as far I have time to go trough all the specimens (females too) from the same place.
