It is Clairvillia.

What makes you think it is pninae and not biguttata !
I cannot tell.

I have thought about pninae for:
r4+5 cell closed to the border of the wing
yellow palpus
forceps with narrow apex, without spine, hairy to the base

Right.

I missed the fact that the palpi are visible.
