Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Helophilus maybe pendulus ?

Hi,

this is a syrphid from Ontario, Canada. I assume it's Helophilius, are I'am right ?

If in Europe it would be H. pendulus. Don't know anything bout nearctic fauna though...
