It's an anthomyid, not a tachinid :)

I see, probably Anthomyia(?), could it be pluvialis (a darker one than that of Frank Köhler)?

Hello,

Tony Irwin gave us following criterion to rule out Anthomyia pseudo-pluvialis. The real A. pluvialis has a channel between the lateral spot and the alar spot. In your picture, it's clear that both spots are melted together.
