Right tribe (Blondeliini), but Belshaw can save you here.
This is Lecanipa bicincta, a central and eastern European species.
The abdominal pattern is somewhat remniscent of Thelaira females.
The eyes are hairy and the facial ridge has strong bristles all the way up. Tibia 2 has a row of strong ad bristles.
