OK.. another (un?)educated guess ;) If R1 is bare and R4+5 has hairs extending to the node then I get to Belida angelicae in Belshaw's key. But I have never seen this species (it is only known from 1 UK record) so I have no idea if that is even close. But the postpronotal lobe does appear to have hairs forming a forward-pointing triangle and the middle leg has lots of ad-bristles. :)
