Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Lispocephala cf. alma?

These 3 pictures have a hilarious history and were commented already on waarneming.nl Forum.
I don't know exactly which code I have broken by sending them in on that Forum, but jokes about sunbathing, neighbouring spiders and playing hide and seek (see picture) were among the remarks. Does anyone see, if the possible ID in title of JvE is correct. I need a second opinion, but does not know if these pictures do provide enough traits of the species.

My guess is Heleomyzidae, cf. Heteromyza.
If so, we need Andrzej opinion to confirm it or not.

On the forum of flies in the Netherlands, I did say it could be a possible Lispocephala cf alma....but only based on the coloring of the fly in combination whit the infuscated crossveins.......but I'm also curious if it could be a Heleomyzidae. ;)
