Wouldn't be the first time you were right either ;)

I use to call these flies O. florum too, and that's what they turn out to be most of the time (when viewed on my computer). This one struck me as too dark for O. florum. Could be O. germinationis. I don't know if some lack the narrow V-shaped mark on top of thorax.
