Using Chv?la's 1975 key to Fennoscandian Empidoidea I get to
T. heeri. Leg markings are quite characteristic. 'Rather uncommon in northern Fennoscandia'. Further 'Scotland, NW of European USSR, mountains of central Europe, Siberia and Japan'.
