Alas!

If the arista is really plumose, as it looks (but out of focus),
this must be Nyctia halterata
in... Sarcophagidae !

But rest assured that several Tachinidae (Wagneriini) and Rhinophoridae (Stevenia) can be very similar indeed.
All of them have bare or at most short-plumose arista
