Its is in the dance flies. In North America the hybotid and empid groups generally are still treated as a single family but this is one of the hybotids. I think it is a species of the Drapetis/Crossopalpus complex. Characters used to separate the groups in the Nearctic are different from those used in the Palaearctic. I will try to figure it out. ;)
