Hello!

These 2.5-4 mm Hybotids are numerously running fast on tree trunks at the moment here in Ostwestfalen/Germany. Jan Willem suggested some Tachydromia species and to post them here in the forum. Because of the striking bands on the wings: can they be delimited to the species level despite of the poor photos (at these object sizes my camera stops collaboration ;-))?

Additionally here a pink 5 mm insect of which I am not even sure of the order. I don't think it's Diptera (too long antennae)?!? But the form of the head is really similar to the Hybotids above.
