Excuse the quality of these photo's. Taken in my garden on 31st August 08.If not Doli's I will eat Kahis hat.
Pass the salt and pepper? Any chance of going to species level?

Dolichopus plumipes.
I'd recommend some strong habanero sauce to go with the hat. It should mask any taste it has just fine.
