17 September 2008, Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region, Russia. Size around 3 mm. I think there's no need of dissecting genitalia since I believe this species is quite recognisable by external features, incl. colouration, wing venation, and specific 'neckless' habitus (if only I'm not completely wrong somehow).
