Hi All,
Does anyone have any source where I can obtain the Manual of Nearctic Diptera volume 2? It is an Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada publication. I just recently obtained volumes 1 and 3, but volume 2 seems too impossible to obtain. All volumes are out of print. Is it just my sad reality that I will never have my very own copy of volume 2? Hell, I would be happy with a .pdf (or similar) copy...

I do not know of any offers now but have seen that others are interested, too. I will keep an eye open.
