Hi Marion, the puparium resembles Episyrphus balteatus except for the pattern (all pupae that I've found were very dark with a diffuse pattern.
The Ichneumonida wasp looks like one of the subfamily Phygadeuontinae - very tricky but based on your photos not impossible to identify...
