This diptera was photographed in Plaine du Roussillon (Pyrénées-Orientales, France) on March 5, 2025 (altitude 69 m). Its size is about 3 to 4 mm.
Can we confirm Forcipomyia bipunctata, or are there other species that have the same habitus?
