I think, the tarsi are too long for Billaea, and it seems that tergite 2 isn't hollowed out to the posterior margin so it's probably a female
Dinera carinifrons.

But I see four post sutural dc, in which case it would be D. ferina

I see, and tergite 2 is hollowed out completely which supports
Dinera ferina, too.
