Some of your photos show many long thickened hairs on the abdomen. This character is most commonly seen in Megaselia rufipes, a species which uses very diverse breeding habitats, including carrion, and is often found in domestic situations. One of the phorid experts should be able to say if there are any other species with which it could be confused.
