Very interesting. So first impression is Platymyia, however, calypter lacks inner black margin. Usually, in that case, it turns out to be Paratryphera, but not in this case. It is a good match with Alsomyia (capillata), which is a montane species, so that figures as well.

The key feature, however, for Alsomyia is the presence of setulae on back of coxa 3, despite the excellent pics kind of difficult to see :)

So with high probability Alsomyia capillata, I'd say.
