Indeed a Drosophila (if one does not prefer splitting of this genus). The fly looks much like D. funebris, except of its 4v-index (length of las sectin of fourth wingvein divided by the length of its penultimate section). It is 1.3 to 1.4 in D.funebris, but here about 2.0. Thus: Drosophila sp.
