Ukraine, Rivne region, on March, 25.
Is it possible to determine the species?

All black with closed cell r5 usually means Pollenia atramentaria.

Basically yes, but P. amentaria should have 5 to 6 pairs of scutellar marginal bristles while Victor's fly has only 3?

Possibly Pollenia venturii (katepisternum with black hairs?) or P. atramentaria (wing ventrally on vein Sc pale hairs like P. pediculata?) Both characters are not visible.

Thank you very much ! I have some more sightings of dark members of the genus Pollenia, but not sure if they should be included in this post...

I think it's better to open a new thread for the other sightings.
