Hello,
I found this little fly in the ivy in my garden in Lille (North, France). It was on January 29, 2024.
I think it is the Chloropidae family, genus Elachiptera. The most likely species would be E. bimaculata versus E. austriaca.
I don't know if my photo will allow a precise identification but what is your opinion about the species of this little fly ?
