Hi,
Please let me show you a series of yellow Drosophila species. I hope we can put them in a group at least.
The next pictures were taken in a beech forest in southern Brandenburg on 30th September. Numerous animals were on the underside of a large bracket fungus. They had clear wings, and only the females' abdomen tips were dark.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, Sundew

Wow - those males are very "obese"... :| So they match the females of thread (5), all being H. confusa. Good to know! They seem to be quite frequent.
Many thanks, dear Jan
