Hello

I photographed this fly in my garden this morning. Does it belong to the family Lauxaniidae and is it possible to identify the species?
Germany, Saarland, Bexbach, Garden, Absolute Altitude 250 m, 10.09.2023

Hello Volker, Lauxaniidae is correct and I think it belongs to the Minettia fasciata grp.
