Hello Emanuele, my first thought was Pyrellia - but the mouth of your fly is distinctly protruding. I've found a resembling Neomyia albigena from La Reunion here: https://galerie-i...?ref=78649 where many characters are resembling your fly (wing venation, sparsely but noticeable dusting base of thorax and tip of abdomen, arista...)
