Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Empididae, Wiedemannia spec. male?

Good morning,
collected at 15 August 2023, Southwest-Germany, Saar, in the forest, net was swung over the surface of a small stream shaded by trees.
Genus correct? Species ID possible with this picture?

Edit: size about 3mm
