Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Halstenbek near Hamburg, area of tree nursery, edge of a field with conifers; found at a leaf of
Tanacetum vulgare, 28th of July 2023 (Outside photos: Kuv).
I haven't found a comparable picture in the Diptera Gallery. Please help to get the ID.

Yes, Theo :), (of course) you are right: Ephydridae > Discomyza incurva.
