Please ID if possible. cca 15 mm body, 05/20/2023, a meadow between a forest and a stream, Czech Republic

No, not a Cheilosia. This must be a species I have not seen myself, and which is only observed rarely and in the late summer up here north, Eriozona syrphoides, https://www.flickr.com/photos/63075200@N07/albums/72157632342583446/
