Hi,
this diptera was observed on May 13th in the north of Yonne department (Burgondy, France). A short stalk is observed for the R4+5, and 2+3 dc. I have some doubts about the family. Unfortunately this is the sole picture available. Is it possible to get the identification of this specimen of 3.5 mm. All my thanks for your help.
