Hi,

I couldn`t decide whether this is a hybotid or a empidid fly.
Could you help me please?

Found in yesterday in my appartment in Ehingen.
Length: 3,8mm

I thought there is a precoxal-bridge (Empididae), but I can?t see any bristles at first antennal segment (Hybotidae)

Tachypeza nubila, female. As far as I can tell the prosternum looks like that of Hybotidae:
