Hello to all Dipterologists, could you say something closer to this beautiful fly please. About 5 mm body, found on a flowering Acer in the alley by the pond. 04/05/2023, Přerov, Moravia, Czech Republic

Sepsidae; looks like it "might be" Nemopoda nitidula... Nice photo!
