Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small Black fly with big Eyes => Microphor (Dolichopodidae)

Hello,
I found this fly in a spiderweb nearby an insect hotel. It was 4-5 mm in my garden in Frankfurt, Germany.
I have no idea, which family it could be.
