Playing the odds, if it comes to light it is likely to be a beetle parasite. Beetle parasites tend to be in Blondeliini or Dexiinae. It looks more like Blondeliini. Such a wing pattern does exist in Blondellini (
Lixophaga umbripennis (van der Wulp) from tropical Mexico).
